Bully Truck Accessories is an aftermarket truck accessories brand that focuses on durability, functionality and style. Bully Truck Accessories manufacture DIY parts such as side steps, hitch steps, and other bolt-on off-road accessories.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Bully Truck Accessories wanted to redesign their brand store and brand content to show its wide range of utility-minded aftermarket truck accessories. The brand sees this as an opportunity to show how utility minded truck accessories can enhance and upgrade the look and function of consumers’ trucks. During this project, I worked closely with the brand’s product manager and Amazon strategist.
SPECIFIC TASKS
Analyze brand positioning and consumer shopping journey to create an updated design approach and optimized shopping experience
Create guidelines and templates to maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints
Continually iterate on content update concepts to make brand messages relevant and relatable to consumers
Monitor brand store performance and identify potential areas of improvements

Despite the decrease in views from Sponsored Brand campaigns and other paid sources, overall traffic increased by 405%
